Nice, but how to work with videos that have equal width and height for example: 500x500px, how to set it horizontally centered? And another issue is that if the scaled rectangle is a square in full screen right side is blurred.

This is pathetic Julio, i am a Java Certified programmer with a 95/100 score just for the sake of you being arrogant for someone who are sharing their knowledge.I am proud to develop in flash & flex.
Tom thanks for sharing your knowledge.

Hey André,

Thanks for the kind words. This sort of thing comes with the turf and I have been "beat up" by better people than Julio. So I am used to it and it really doesn't bug me.

Great idea on the mp4. I'll run it by the boss here and see what happens.

Hey Julio, i agree that the tutorial would be better in OOP, but I THINK your comment is totally unecessary.

Tom, your tutorials are getting even better, thanks for sharing.
Note: Would be nice for most people to teach how to convert any HD video to .mp4 HD with the adobe media encoder, your tutorial would be even more complete, but thanks anyway, this is already a great tut.

Keep doing your good job and dont care abou this kind of comment, i know how it is, in the tutorials i saw here, even those i wrote, i always see someone trying to be arrogant.
