    great tut. a big fan of flash video. this explains a lot of the basics of Flash Video AS3. i like the shots of northern Ontario; i’m from Thunder Bay. thanks for the contribution Tom!

    This was FANTASTIC for someone like me (newbie). THANK YOU! However, I was trying to combine the techniques from FLVplayback Component above with the Play Videos in Sequence tip (December 16). I cannot figure out what AS3 code I must need to add to make it work properly. My work around has been to combine all of my .mov files before converting to FLV. It works but I am losing definition in my type. Is there someone who might point me to the right tutorial or clue me in?

    Thanks. I have been struggling with this project for forever.
