For the past several years, video has been regarded as content taking up space on the web page. A couple of years back, it slowly dawned on a few people that even though video is indeed content, it is the video’s data that could have huge potential.

In this tutorial I am going to show you one example of how this works. We are going to take the audio track out of a video file, transcribe it and then use that transcription to create video captions in Flash.
