Hi,
hope 52. is a joke!
Otherwise this is the next more irreverent 2Advanced-Ripp-Off.
Greets.
That was exactly what i was thinking…..
Totally agree with you on that one!
I was thinking that it was beyond inspiration : )
Yeah, that’s beyond inspiration and reaching into the depths of stealing! Shame on Platfuse!!!! I emailed 2advanced too and told them!
10000%…I thought by now people are bored with using the same grid over and over again…. Even Eric Jordan Himself is trying to move forward.
Out Standing collections
thanks
thanks for the overview ;)
this is my personal flash site

Great roundup, Here’s a link to our flash portfolio site…

too many
I agree, try to be more focused in the post:
20 Amazing Minimal Flash Sites is better than
60 Flash Sites That Rock!
Also try explaining why these sites rock, or even better:
Get Inspired by These Minimal Sites and Create Your Own, something like that would be brilliant.
Nevertheless the sites do rock, this post however does not.
Nice post, Its good to see some other sites that are not on the FWA.
love them
Most of these shouldn’t have been made in flash. There are some great flash sites, but not many are on here.
I like this list, incredible flash sites.
There needs to be an argument of why the 60 Flash sites rock. I disagree with the number 7. Although it’s visually “cool” it has a lot of problems with the functionality for the end user and an audience ( even if it’s a “target audience” it’s on the internet so anybody can see it ).
I think it’s a good display of flash websites but the lack of reasoning why they rock makes this article a list and nothing more than that.
Thanks for spending time looking for them and putting them on a list and I encourage you ( if you have the time or the initiative ) to write about why they rock from your point of view.
These really are amazing! I wish I had the skills to create Flash websites, I just never took the time to learn flash… I’ll submit this article to Blogger Den, I’d gladly like to have it on the front page :)
…maybe 10 good ones
some nice ones, some ok, some not ok, the thing I notice the most was the waiting time that take for some of this sites to load… terrible, but oh well I guess that’s flash for you. Anyhow my choice are 10 of them
I would add http://www.stephan.bg to the list… Probably the best flash website of the year
I’ll give you that.. beautiful site.
This is a GREAT list of Flash sites! How about a tutorial on how to code a Flash site that utilizes some of the action script techniques used in the above sites? That would be an in depth tutorial, but one that many would appreciate! How come college never teaches you how to create an amazing flash site as the ones above?
Oh geez…I have to agree with everyone else about site 52! That resembles the same exact look and feel of 2Advanced. That’s a total rip-off and I may just email 2Advanced and send them this link. That’s not right!
To the list of top flash sites, I would add this one as well:
http://www.sonyclassics.com/merchantofvenice/index_site.html
Why is this a favorite flash site of mine?
Well…it’s not aggrivating! You don’t have to chase buttons to get the content you want to see.
Secondly, it’s minimalistic design and beautiful. I wish every flash website looked like this. People want to take Flash to the extreme and make every single object bouncing and rotating and what not! One should always K.I.S.S. (Keep it Simple Silly).
The design elements enhance the visitor experience. Everything from the typeface to the paper textures to the images! It’s relevant to the time of the movie and its also very tasteful and elegant!
So, that’s my reasoning why I love this site!
oh, you meant 60 Flash-Sites you copied of Creattica…
http://creattica.com/flash/popular-this-year/
cool!!beautiful site.
Thank you.
Wow 52 is nice but way to 2-advanced-like …. God, the number of people trying to rip off Eric’s Style :S :S
Great roundup ! @Keith, Well well well check Eric’s style with Gmunk and you will know what I mean.
Platfuse did a great job indeed or else every line, gradient and color will be a rip off, Show us your colors dude?
I did mail them and after the response I got I was very convinced. Platfuse, you guys rock man
This is a very nice Flash Website compilation. Although there are several within the group that are better than others, they each show great potential within their craft. Good round up. Hope to see more of these type of Websites in the near future along with a few ActionScript notes of how they accomplished some of their intricate tasks.
