I realize this test has some HTML5 questions. It is clear ActiveTuts wants Actionscript Developers to understand and learn HTML5.

I assure you (first hand), most Enterprise Application (Large Scale) till today still stick to Flash & Flex, for it’s rapid development and code maintainability, ease of development, already proved platform, sometimes even want to prevent their code Not to be ‘so’ public.

Doing large scale enterprise Apps in HTML5, requires having the right suite of stack of Javascript libraries. Currently, not even close to what the Flex/Flash framework offers.

Oh, I appreciate that. Don’t worry, I know that HTML5 is still a long way off Flash and Flex in certain areas, particularly in enterprise apps and gaming. I know it’s not a flat out replacement of Flash, despite what Apple and co might’ve wanted you to think.

We’re not trying to get all Flash developers to move over to HTML5; rather, we’re trying to cover all the main platforms available for making browser-based apps and games.

    Question 10:

the question about the UX & UI first option has a typo ! ux->ui

    Question 8:

is javascript an OOP language? .. i believe it is not .. there is a big different between hacking a language to work as if it supports OOP and a language that really natively supports OOP .. yet you set the correct answer as yes !!
