Meet Alex Beltechi
Alex is the new Psdtuts+ editor, but he’s been writing awesome tutorials for the site for a long time. Alex is one of the most talented Photoshop illustrators in the world, or at least in Romania – though he’d never say that! Alex is also a pianist and composer, and a good one at that.

It was December 27th, with bated breathe he typed in his contest entry.
It was all down to these last keystrokes. Random chance would crown him a winner or leave him a whiner. “Either way” he thought as a bead of sweat dripped down his nose “a six letter word will define my existence from this point forward. 5 letters the same, two letters juxtaposed, one unique character in each word.”
As he went to type in the last word his cat jumped on the keyboard – a torrent of random characters filled the entry box just before the tail of that accursed feline hit the send button. “NOOOOO!” he screamed at the flashing messages that would haunt him till the end of his days:
“Thank you for your submission, all entries are final!”
